Return & Exchange Policy

At TRIBE, every piece is made to order—just for you. Because we print each item on demand, we don’t carry inventory, and we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing mishaps or a change of heart.

All Sales Are Final

Because each item is custom-printed, all sales are final.
All products include a sizing chart, so please double check your measurements against the sizing charts listed to ensure you are ordering the correct size for your measurements.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you.
Send us an email within 7 days of delivery to info@followyourtribe.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and the issue

Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement—or issue store credit if that item is no longer available.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns

Once you contact us regarding a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with a physical address for you to send the item.
